Special Breakfast

Yesterday we had breakfast in our special bowls my dear friend Armands sent us. They read, Daddy Bear, Mommy Bear and Baby Bear and are sized accordingly. Mason loves oatmeal and now he's to an age where he understands the different sizes and loved that we each had our own special bowl.

Mason's Fort

Last week I made Mason a fort. He wasn't sure what that was but now knows the term well. I planned a Friday night I knew he would love. We ordered pizza, played and played in the fort, watched the Bee Movie in the fort and Daddy even made Mason cookies.

Needless to say he really loved it. We decided Sunday night it was time to take it down, get ready for the week and back to reality. I kind of wish I were sitting in that fort right about now...

Wahlzi's Cabin

Wishing we were going to the cabin again this weekend. We had such a great time last weekend celebrating Father's Day. This is how Mason rides in his car seat - always just chillin' as he knows how to enjoy the ride.

New Korean Store Experience

Last week Mason took at trip to the new Asian store with his Aunt Saki. He discovered lots of new Japanese crackers and cookies which he calls "Cook Cooks". Mason loved driving the shopping cart. Notice his groceries - yakisoba noodles "Nu Nus", curry, lemon grass, coconut milk. We are so lucky he is a good eater - and takes after his Mommy and likes spicy foods.

Mason the Astrounaut

Mason went to the opening of the Space Museum in costume. What is it about little kids in costumes that just melts your heart? Look's like Mason met a friend, a girl friend no less.

Mason's Skallywagg

Mason is loving the time he gets when there is a break in the weather and he can play outside. This year he is able to enjoy his Skallywagg (Pirate sandbox) more and can even climb up on it by himself. Although, he is a bit of a bug freak and always says "Ewwwww", and makes me clean the bugs off before he'll play on it. He learned that from his Dad!
